Event description
During this interactive workshop. We will think about what is mental health, what impacts mental health and how to support children and young people with their mental health. This will and spotting signs of declining wellbeing, offering support and tools to support resilience and self-care. Representatives from local services that support children and young people’s mental health such as Kooth, Off the Record and NHS talking therapies will be available after the supplied lunch to answer questions about their services and how they can support.
